Global Roaming service is activated by default for all Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 customers. Access the Internet in over 160 countries through Dial Up, Broadband and Wi-Fi Access.

Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 customers can also access internet at over 500 hotspots across India. To access the internet - Open the web login page and authenticate with your User Name and Password.
Stay connected to internet when you are on the move. Work from wherever you are - at home, hotels, cafes, airports or stadiums. Our Global Roaming service is ideal for people who travel overseas, and need to stay in touch with family, friends or colleagues back home.

Our Global Roaming Client (iPass) integrates all access types - Wi-Fi, Broadband, Dial Up and includes automatic hotspot detector. In addition to the iPass client, some of our partner hotspots also have their own web login page - at such hotspots you can log in using your Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 User Name.

Hassle Free
No hassle of paying at the location - access charges will be debited from your account. You can view your usage details in the ‘My Account’ section.
Your session will be authenticated by our secure authentication system during the login process before giving you access to the internet service.

Use from Anywhere
If you are staying with a friend, access the internet using Dial Up access and select the toll free option so that you do not inconvenience him/her by running up his/her phone bill.
How to Use
Ensure you have a Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 account. If you do not, click here to buy online and create a User Name and Password.
  • If you are a Prepaid customer, ensure you have adequate balance in your account. To recharge online,
    click here.

  • Postpaid customers ensure they have adequate credit limit available for use. Otherwise, it is advised to make an interim payment. To view the outstanding on your account, click here.
You can use Global Roaming through either of the two authentication mechanisms mentioned below:

Using the IPass Global Roaming dialer:
The iPass dialer enables you to access internet either via Dial up, Broadband or Wi-Fi. Click here to download the iPass Client on your PC. The client has options for different internet access types. Choose from the following:
  • Wi-Fi Access - when you are at an iPass suppported Wi-Fi hotspot. Wi-Fi hotspots are typically found in public places like airports, hotels, cafes, convention centers etc. You will be billed on a rate per minute basis.

  • Wired Broadband Access - when you want to access via Wired Broadband from your hotel room. Usage will be charged on a rate per minute basis.

  • Dial Up Access - when you want to use a landline phone to get connected. PSTN charges will be as applicable. Internet charges will be billed on a rate per minute basis.

To access the internet, open the iPass Client and select the preferred access type. The list of available networks are displayed on the Client. You need to authenticate with your Tata Indicom Broadband User Name and Password, get connected and start surfing.
