Staying connected to the internet has never been this easy. It does not matter if you are traveling in India or traveling abroad. You can access our global internet roaming services using your Tata Indicom Wi-Fi User Name and Password.

Roaming in India
  In India:
  Tata Indicom Wi-Fi service is available in over 500 hotspots across the country covering major airports, hotels, cafes, stadiums, etc.
You can also connect on Dial Up access from over 300 cities across India.
Billing is on a per minute pulse which means you save on costs associated with hourly or daily charges.
  For Wi-Fi access

Open your internet browser to get the Tata Indicom Wi-Fi login page. Authenticate using your User Name and Password and get connected.

  For Dial Up access
  Connect your RJ11 port to a landline, open the Tata Indicom Dial Up Connection Manager and authenticate using your User Name and Password on . Click here to download.
Roaming Abroad
  Access the Internet with your account at over 160 countries through Dial Up, Wired Broadband and Wi-Fi Access. Save substantially on roaming costs with a per minute charging pulse rather than buying an hourly or a day card. Global Roaming service is activated by default for all Tata Indicom Wi-Fi customers.

  • This is an easy option wherein, the client/ dialer resides on your Wi-Fi enabled device and can be invoked whenever required
  •  The client gives you information on all the available networks when you are abroad
  •  You simply need to select the access of your choice, fill in your Tata Indicom user details & browse
  •  Through this client you can access-
    1.  Over 100,000 partner Wi-Fi hotspots and Ethernet hotel broadband locations in over 70 countries, including venues from top-tier providers such as T-Mobile, iBahn, Wayport and AT&T Wi-Fi in the U.S.; T-Mobile, BT Openzone and the Cloud in Europe; Korea Telecom, NTT Japan Telecom and China Telecom in Asia
    2.  433 airports, including 83 of the top 100 busiest by passenger volume, and more than 22,000 hotels and conference venues around the world.  Thousands of dial up access points in more than 160 countries
  Web Acess
  • In this mode of access, you will be displayed a partner web access page at our respective partner hotspot.
  • You will then need to scroll through the partner list and select ‘Tata Indicom’ as your service provider
  • Enter your Tata Indicom user details and start browsing

How to Use
  Getting Started
  Using the iPass Global Roaming Dialer:
  If you wish to use a dialer for accessing internet while on the move, please click here & download the iPass Global Roaming Client on your Laptop/ PC.
  This dialer enables you to access internet while roaming the globe, either via Dial up, Broadband or Wi-Fi. So get going & explore the world of difference in the way you connect!!
  The client has options for different internet access types. Choose from the following
  • Wi-Fi hotspot

Wi-Fi hotspots are typically found in public places like airports, hotels, cafes, convention centers, etc. You will be billed on a rate per minute basis.

  • Ethernet

Select this option when you want to access the internet with a wired connection from your hotel room. You will be charged on a rate per minute basis.

  • Dial Up

Use a wireline phone connection to get connected. Call charges will be extra. If you are staying with friends or relatives and do not wish to inconvenience them with phone charges, select the Toll Free option. Internet charges will be billed on a rate per minute basis.

  Steps to access the internet using the iPass client
  • Step1
    Open the iPass client and select the preferred access type

  • Step 2
    The list of available networks are displayed on the client.

  • Step 3
    Select the network available, enter your Tata Indicom User Name and Password, and proceed.
  On selecting Dial Up as the access type, you will be shown a list of access numbers to dial. Select an appropriate number, authenticate and get connected.
